They still haven’t cleared the snow properly from the side roads and alleys, let alone the sidewalks which are still impassable weeks later!
It’s snowed in Lytton and covered the debris rubble which has yet to be cleared from the burnt ground six months later, and the insurance bigwigs are worried that many people from Lytton just won’t come back due to the above-average delays by the city who thinks the province is supposed to be leading the rebuild, and vice versa. Once agains, cracks between the levels of governments are used to let things slip on by. So if Nelsonia can’t even deal with snowfalls in a mountainous town, how do we feel like they’re going to do if something apocalyptic happens like the likely train-caused fire in Lytton? They’ll get a failing grade of F for fascistic futility, will they not? 🤔
